Light Sayles, a Nashville native, grew up in the heart of the city, attending Hume-Fogg on Broadway. She fondly recalls a downtown before the bright lights and rooftop bars, back when Acme Feed & Seed was still Acme Farm Supply. After 18 years in Dallas and Los Angeles, Light returned to her beloved hometown to continue her professional journey.

She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University and a Project Management Certificate from California State University, Long Beach. Light began her career in commercial real estate, specializing in contract administration and management services. Her natural talent for organization and leadership—honed through roles like Treasurer in various organizations—led her to pursue business management, where she now helps clients align their planning, execution, reporting, and advisory needs. She finds joy in empowering others to achieve their goals and focus on their unique talents.

Outside of work, Light enjoys spending time with her family and pets, exploring the ocean, creek crawling, glamping, and traveling internationally with her book club

Fun Fact: A quick-witted parody writer, she can craft clever twists on pop songs in seconds, all while spreading fun, joy, and kindness in everything she does.
